Mike Griffith, owner of Team Triangle Realty, was our buyer's agent for our first home. Not once did I feel like he was not going above and beyond for us. Mike answered all texts within 10 minutes, he advised us through a very new process, and was incredible throughout the negotiations with the sellers agent. If we ever buy another home we would hire Mike and his company's services again in a heartbeat and you should too. The Lane'sPatrick L
One of the best. He is on top of the market, very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me buying a home in they crazy Raleigh market where homes go within 48 hours. Highly recommended. He definitely kept me in the loop of the process with honestyShalonda S
Mike just helped my husband and I buy our home in Hillsborough and he was an absolute joy to work with! He helped/guided us every step of the way and was always very knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. We faced some unexpected/interesting issues while buying our home, but at each twist and turn of the home buying process Mike navigated seamlessly. Both my husband and I agree (Which is a Rarity), that if we buy or sell in the future there is no question that we will work with Mike!Nicole Heard
Hi name name is Serena. My experience with Mike was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Mike was very knowlegable about the buying process, fees, and what to expect. This information made me choose Mike because of his extensive knowledge. Mike also refer me to a lender that gave me a better interest rate and approved for more money for my dream home. After being approved, he also sent me a link that would notifiy me when different houses hit the market. Through the link I found my dream home. We put a bid in and then we went under contract. After the home inspection, Mike listen to my concerns and made suggest that was in my best interest. He wrote up my offer and negotiate all my concern. When everything was finalize I basically had a new home. I applaud Mike for his excellent service. Even when the other people was being rude, Mike kept his composer and didn't let them take him out of character. Through the entire process Mike made me feel like he was working for me. Mike made me feel like a person. Mike is a honest outstanding guy and I would recommend him to anyone.Serena
[Short version]: Mike Griffith is the best realtor I've ever encountered and my recommendation you use him the next time you want to buy or sell a house is as glowing as it is possible to be. Hire him. Trust his judgement. You will not be disappointed.
House #1: I first ran across Mike when shopping for seller's agents to sell my home in Raleigh a year or so ago. In our interview, he claimed he could sell the place for 10K more than what the other agents said my home was worth. I was skeptical, but he didn't just make the claim, he backed it up with detailed research of the neighborhood, extensive and thorough comps, and an impressive knowledge of market trends in the Triangle.
In the end, he was off by 500 bucks. I sold it for 10.5k more than what the other realtors claimed I could get.
House #2: Fast forward to a couple of months ago, Rebecca and I decided to take a look around and see if there were any houses out there that might tickle our fancy. I knew Mike was also a buyer's agent, so we decided to shop around with him representing us. We scheduled visits with him to 25+ houses, occasionally up to 5 in a single day. He happily gave us a tour of each one, calmly inspecting and telling us the pluses and minuses, explaining exactly why the house was priced as it was and whether or not the price was justified. Never once did he complain or rush or pressure us as we rejected each one. "All part of the process," he'd say. "Now I know a little better what you're looking for."
And slowly the houses got more appealing.
And then we found one we thought we liked. It had so many pluses and only a couple of negatives that we thought we could live with or work around. Mike told us what he thought we'd have to offer to have a chance at getting it and how a couple of repair issues could be used in negotiations to lower the final offer. We decided to take the plunge, drove to a Starbucks, and drank coffee while Mike wrote up the official offer on his laptop.
As we were digitally signing all the forms, Rebecca was taking one last look at any new listings that might have popped up. As it turned out, one had. And it looked impressive. Mike didn't bat an eye. Even as we completed and sent the offer for the first house, he scheduled a showing for this second house and we went straight there from the coffee shop.
We fell in love with it. So much so that it clarified what we wanted in a home, and we knew the house we just made an offer on was a mistake. We told Mike we wanted to withdraw it and make an offer on this place instead.
Now this is an event that would try any realtor's patience, but Mike handled it with aplomb. In fact, he seemed excited that we'd found a house that we thought would fit us so well. He withdrew the previous offer and we talked numbers again after he researched the area. Once more, he explained exactly his reasoning for the target price he was advising we offer.
After discovering some uncertainty with some out-of-state legalese, he got us in touch with a lawyer who could advise us that very day. Did I mention that day was a Sunday? On Memorial Day weekend? And that the lawyer in question was on vacation?
We got the legalese cleared up and made our offer. A day later, it was accepted. After appraisal, inspection, and repair negotiations, we had 10K in equity before we even closed on June 30.
House #3: I'll keep this one short. We got the Lakewood house cleared out and cleaned by July 9. Mike got the property staged, advertised, hyped, and on the market July 14 with a asking price designed to encourage multiple offers. Over the next 24 hours, the house had 35 showings and 10 offers. We accepted a generous offer for above asking and are now under contract!
Through all three houses, Mike was friendly, responsive, and available. He answered all our millions of questions, answered all our e-mails and texts, and always picked up the phone when we called. Frankly, I don't know how he does it. But he does. And if you're ever wanting to buy or sell a home, Michael Griffith can do it for you.
Take my advice and hire him.David & Rebecca
Mike did an amazing job in helping us find a home from day one. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was always available to show us homes, answer questions and quick in getting information to us.
He also connected us with a lender that was able to get us to closing in a timely manner.
We would absolutely recommend Mike, and will definitely use him in the future.car15
Mike was so helpful during our home buying process. We were selling and buying at the same time so it was a very stressful process to say the least! We searched for months for our dream house (which we found) and he remained patient throughout the entire process.
He always was available to answer questions that arose, and he did a great job of thoroughly explaining any and everything. I have already referred friends to him and I would whole heartedly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell their home!Name Kept Private

Mike was very knowledgable about the different areas and he worked hard to meet our needs. We were buying from out of state and he did his best to make sure our needs and desires were found in the towns and neighborhoods he showed us. Buying a home is a stressful process and even more stressful when you aren't from the area. He worked hard to reassure us through the process and support us! If we ever buy again, Mike will be who we will turn to. Very Professional!TravisKey0

Mike is a very friendly and approachable realtor who really knows his business. This was my first time selling the house and he stepped me through each stage of the process, happily answering all my many questions and looking after my best interests. He got the word out through contacts and social media and we had an offer in hand in less than 24 hours after listing, selling the property for much more than I anticipated.DavidMilloway
Mike was prepared and professional for our initial meeting. He has great local knowledge and was patient and persistent. He helped us arrive at a competitive price and our home sold in 3 days. We would highly recommend him because of his great service for both selling and buying a home. He helped us find the perfect new home after we downsized. Never pushy or aggressive, and always keeping us informed of new listings.Deb and Jon McLejc
